As of January 1, 2012 all newly hired Surgical Technologist will be certified or obtain certification within 1 year of employment. Surgical Technician hired before January 1, 2012 will be grandfathered in. SPECIAL SKILLS Good interpersonal skills. Evidence of successful completion of MCH/OR training program (score of 85% or better on exam).
