Position Summary The Vice President of Strategy and Go-to-Market plays a critical role in shaping and executing the Firm’s growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing new market opportunities, areas of legal expansion, and scalable growth initiatives using data-driven insights. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Legal leadership to design and execute full go-to-market strategies across new and existing markets, driving sustained growth, increased market share, and improved ROI on marketing and business development investments. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and maintain a data-driven growth strategy across markets, case types, and channels. Own the market expansion roadmap, including prioritization, sequencing, and performance against growth targets. Identify and prioritize new geographic markets, legal verticals, and expansion opportunities. Build analytical frameworks to evaluate market attractiveness, ROI potential, and competitive positioning. Partner with executive leadership to define short- and long-term growth priorities. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution Lead the design and execution of go-to-market strategies for new market launches and growth initiatives. Partner with Marketing to develop integrated campaigns across community, radio, digital, and other acquisition channels. Define positioning, messaging, channel mix, and launch plans for each market. Ensure coordination across Marketing, Intake, Legal Ops, and Finance to drive execution. Marketing Performance Optimization Analyze performance across marketing channels, intake funnel, and conversion metrics to improve efficiency and scale. Identify opportunities to increase market share and improve cost per acquisition (CPA) and case value. Track and report on key KPIs including leads, conversions, case mix, and market-level profitability. Implement testing frameworks to continuously optimize go-to-market performance. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as a key partner to Marketing, Finance, Legal Operations, and IT to ensure alignment on growth initiatives. Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to expansion, new launches, and performance improvement. Drive accountability across teams for executing against growth targets. Financial & Strategic Planning Partner with Finance to model growth initiatives, marketing investments, and new market entry scenarios. Support annual planning and budgeting processes related to growth and marketing spend. Monitor performance against plan and adjust strategies as needed. Data, Analytics & Insights Build and leverage data models to inform market selection, channel strategy, and investment decisions. Qualifications Experience: 8–12 years of experience in strategy, sales operations, growth, or go-to-market roles. Experience in professional services, consumer services, or multi-location businesses preferred. Proven experience driving growth through data-driven strategy and execution. Experience working closely with marketing teams on acquisition strategy and performance improvement. Skills And Competencies Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Overview Forest Dunes is an acclaimed, golf-centric national destination in the Huron National Forest of northern Michigan boasting three of America's 100 Greatest Public Courses according to Golf Digest. The General Manager position is a newly created role and will serve as the executive leader of a premier destination golf resort, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term strategic growth.
