Able to operate all standard mold/machine shop equipment such as; manual lathe, mill, surface grinder, drill press, drill/cutter sharpener. Able to handle task under time constraint to meet deadline Ability to inspect and assess mold core, cavities and mold plates Ability to troubleshoot defects of injection molds and determine associated root cause Perform injection mold preventative maintenance KEY REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to communicate, orally and writing in English. Basic Math skills, add subtract multiply and divide in all units, using whole number, decimals and fractions. Must be able to read prints, operate manual machine shop type of equipment: lathe, milling machine, grinders; as well as injection molding and metal stamping machines as well as any related support equipment, gauges, etc. Must be willing to occasionally work some overtime depending on business needs.
