CLIENT PARTNER | FINANCIAL SERVICES (Charlotte)

Who We Are Heitmeyer is a financial-services-focused consulting and delivery firm. Our advantage is depth: people who understand how banks operate, the technology and regulatory realities they face, and what it takes to move an initiative from strategy through execution. We combine advisory, solution design, specialized expertise and flexible delivery teams to produce measurable outcomes—not simply fill seats. The Opportunity We are hiring a commercial owner, not a relationship caretaker. Client Partners create demand, earn access to business and technology leaders, uncover consequential problems, shape the right engagement, and mobilize Heitmeyer’s consulting, recruiting and delivery capabilities to solve them. They own account growth, client experience, and profitable outcomes from first conversation through delivery and expansion. What You Will Own Create demand: open new buying relationships, generate qualified opportunities and expand our presence across business units, technology and operations. Lead with banking fluency: connect client priorities in core modernization, data, cloud, risk, regulatory change, payments, M&A and operations to business outcomes. Shape the solution: partner with practice leaders to define client problems, scope advisory or project work, and choose the right mix of consulting, embedded talent and delivery teams. Own the commercial engine: build account plans, qualify and control opportunities, navigate buying processes, price thoughtfully, forecast accurately and grow gross profit. Orchestrate execution: work shoulder-to-shoulder with Recruiting, Consulting and Delivery; set clear expectations, remove obstacles and remain accountable for the client experience. Build durable relationships: develop executive sponsors, cultivate consultant-led intelligence and referrals, and expand from successful delivery into the next opportunity. Use technology as leverage: maintain disciplined Bullhorn CRM data and adopt AI-enabled workflows to improve account intelligence, speed and quality of execution. What Success Looks Like New relationships and qualified demand—not just meetings or inherited requisitions. Growth in active buyers, starts, consulting opportunities, gross profit and profitable client penetration. High-quality client commitments, predictable forecasts and strong consultant/delivery experience. The Person Who Thrives Here A self-directed, commercially sharp builder who combines ownership, grit, acuity, judgment, resourcefulness and teamwork. You are comfortable with ambiguity, ask directly for business, understand the economics of your accounts and bring the firm together to win. You value outcomes over activity and can explain exactly what you personally created. Experience That Matters Track record of personally creating and expanding enterprise business in financial services, consulting or technology-enabled professional services; ability to engage both business and technology buyers; fluency in complex sales cycles, delivery models and account economics. Banking domain depth is a strong advantage. We value demonstrated production and learning agility more than a particular title or tenure. Why Heitmeyer An exclusive focus on financial services, direct access to experienced practitioners and firm leadership, flexible ways to solve client problems, and an opportunity to help build a differentiated consulting and delivery platform. Competitive base compensation with performance-based upside

Social Media Manager (Miami)

About the role Mackenzie Wells Fitness is exploding. Mackenzie is one of the biggest and fastest growing fitness influencers on social media (https://www.instagram.com/mackenziewells.fit/) We're hiring a Social Media Strategist to own the creative engine behind it — someone who lives in the platforms, spots trends before they peak, and can take an idea from research to posted. This is a hands-on role, not an oversight one. You'll be writing the copy, shaping the concepts, and running the process that gets content out the door consistently. What you'll do Live in the weeds of social — track trends, formats, sounds, competitors, and audience behavior across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and turn that research into a point of view on what we should be making Own the content calendar end to end: concepting, scripting, captions, hooks, and posting cadence Draft copy in Mackenzie's voice across posts, captions, stories, email, and campaign assets Run the full creative process — brief the idea, coordinate the shoot, manage revisions, ship it Partner closely on training and program content, translating fitness expertise into content that actually performs Organize and manage the editor workflow: build the pipeline, set turnaround expectations, give clear feedback, and keep edits moving Report on what's working — track performance, run tests, and adjust strategy based on the numbers What we're looking for 3-5 years running social for a creator, fitness brand, or consumer brand Deeply online. You know why a format is working, not just that it is Strong writer with range — you can nail a hook, a caption, and a longer narrative post Comfortable owning process and deadlines without being managed Experience directing editors or freelancers and giving actionable creative feedback Fluent in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube analytics; familiar with scheduling and project tools (Notion, Later, Asana, or similar) Genuine interest in fitness and wellness Nice to have Basic editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, Canva) Experience with brand partnerships or launch campaigns Community management or newsletter experience Why this role Small team, real ownership. You'll shape the voice and strategy of a growing brand rather than execute someone else's plan — and see the impact of your work in the numbers every week. To apply: If selected for next steps, we will ask you to share: Portfolio and examples of your work Brief 3-5 minute intro video sharing your story, experience and why you are a good fit
