Overview Location: Centennial, CO (Hybrid / In-Office) | Company: Yield Solutions Group | Reports to: Managing Partner The Opportunity: Yield Solutions Group (YSG) is looking for a Director of Product to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our technology platform. The overall goal is to help consumers save money on auto loans while enabling scalable growth through operational efficiency, lender partnerships, and differentiated product capabilities. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will set product direction, lead a growing Product Team, and work closely with executive leadership, engineering, marketing, and external lender partners. Your work will directly influence consumer outcomes, revenue growth, and how effectively YSG scales its business. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership fundamentals with experience in financial services or fintech, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where product decisions have immediate business impact. What You’ll Do Product Strategy & Leadership Own and evolve the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with company growth objectives, operational efficiency goals, and partner needs Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Team, setting clear expectations, priorities, and success metrics Serve as a senior product voice in executive discussions, contributing to company strategy and investment decisions Discovery & Execution Drive continuous discovery with internal stakeholders, consumers, and lender partners to identify unmet needs, market opportunities, and regulatory considerations Translate strategy into actionable product requirements, epics, and user stories that enable efficient execution by the Development Team Oversee product delivery from ideation through launch, including release planning, risk management, and cross-functional communication Growth & Optimization Partner closely with marketing leadership to improve lead capture, conversion funnels, and partner referral flows Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to measure product performance and inform roadmap tradeoffs Continuously improve existing platform capabilities to increase conversion, partner satisfaction, and operational scalability Partnerships & Compliance Support onboarding and expansion of lender partnerships by ensuring product capabilities meet partner expectations and regulatory requirements Uphold high standards for data security, compliance, and consumer trust across all product initiatives Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field 5 years of product management experience, including 2 years leading or managing product teams Experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or a closely related regulated environment Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver complex software products Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to guide prioritization and measure outcomes Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives, collaborate with engineering, and align diverse stakeholders Familiarity with agile development practices and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Nice to Have Experience with auto lending, auto refinancing, or consumer credit products Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS), credit decisioning, or lending infrastructure Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, or platform-based products Experience working with external partners or B2B clients in a product-led organization Knowledge of marketing technology, lead management, or conversion optimization Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus: Performance-based incentives tied to company and individual goals Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, career development opportunities, and the chance to join Denver\'s Best Place to Work (2024 & 2025) with a dynamic culture focused on internal promotion and employee growth. Job Description The facilities integration architect leads the development of feasibility studies, conceptual designs and early basic design packages following an established front end design process Fluor refers to as EPIC. The successful candidate for this role will be provided with intensive training in the development of projects using this established process. This is a client-facing technical role and reports to the head of the facilities integration team. The PDS is a global team of subject matter experts, process architects, process, and equipment engineers within the ATLS Division of Fluor. Our team serves the life sciences, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, data center and battery manufacturing industries. It delivers as many as fifty projects per year. The essential job duties for this position are as follows: Facilitate project kick-off and goal setting sessions for new clients or projects. Document client team objectives gathered during goal-setting workshop(s). Disseminate the objectives to the team within the PDS, assigned to the project. Work with the team to develop the facility design outward from the from the process. Ensure that the equipment or manufacturing process and flow inform the layout. Iteratively develop the facility and site plan in preparation for subsequent client workshops to obtain feedback to advance the overall design. Develop material, personnel, equipment, and waste flow diagrams as appropriate. Coordinate the development of HVAC zoning, classification, and pressurization diagrams. Share the preliminary architectural design with structural, civil and other disciplines to ensure the design is cohesive and ready for estimating. Participate in sales pursuits as needed. Coordinate the design transition between feasibility and conceptual design and from conceptual design to basic design. Translate global strategic initiatives into procedures to be implemented on projects Act as a leader in applying Cost Competitive Execution techniques and develop the most cost-effective total project solution for the discipline engineering work Develop and review project Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and other project baseline documents for all phases of projects Develop estimates and schedules, progress reports, including workforce forecasts Establish, track, and monitor material key quantities; provide analysis and forecasts Develop and review specifications, including design criteria Other duties as assigned Basic Job Requirements Accredited professional architectural degree based and sixteen (16) years of work-related experience Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements Lead the development of facility model using Sketchup, Revit or other tools. Lead the creation and development of facility conceptual phases within the Advanced Technology and Life Sciences Division. Experience in developing either of the flowing facility types: Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Data Centers, Semiconductor or Advanced Manufacturing (Cleanroom Environment). Work with the visualization team to prepare exterior renderings and fly-around video in alignment with the project requirements. Lead the preparation of the turnover package and work with the project manager to ensure the proposed deliverables are complete and meet our quality standards. Provide clients with technical advice. Build client relationships through credibility. Participate in Fluor University courses for continued learning experiences. Utilize the Fluor Knowledge Management processes to capture, support and leverage relevant knowledge to enhance project execution, if appropriate. Actively participate and represent Fluor at industry trade shows, annual meetings, or other professional gatherings for the industries we serve. Be capable of leveraging established relationships with clients because of successful delivery of past projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading complex, new facility feasibility and conceptual design projects for one or more of the segments the PDS supports. Construction experience and understanding of site organization and construction safety. Experience collaborating with permitting authorities.
