Possess a minimum of 1 year experience with the preceding 2 years. Current ACLS certification and DEA. Provide 2 Letters of recommendation written within the last 2 years attesting to the HCW's clinical skills. 1 letter from a supervisor and the 2nd letter from either clinic or hospital administrator, or practicing physician. Services required per week as follows: NMCP (Fore and Family Medicine Clinic- forty hours Monday through Friday between the hour of 7:00am to 7:00pm.
