Responsibilities: · Provide comprehensive nursing care using the Nursing Process in compliance with hospital and state guidelines. · Monitor patients requiring telemetry and advanced respiratory support. · Coordinate patient care plans and delegate tasks appropriately. · Supervise and support assigned personnel delivering patient care. · Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and training.
