If you are interested in this Analyst 1, Requirements Analysis position, please contact Milos Pavlovic at 586-788-7509 or [email protected] Analyst 1, Requirements Analysis Compensation The pay for this position is $33.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM (on-site, in-office role in Covington, GA) Drug test required prior to start Analyst 1, Requirements Analysis Responsibilities Perform product testing within the Complaint Laboratory to support complaint investigations Create, track, and maintain complaint investigation files in TrackWise system Support Quality Engineering teams in resolving product quality issues Coordinate with manufacturing sites to ensure timely completion of complaint investigations Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments Perform tests and experiments following GMP and GLP requirements Analyze data and assist in drawing conclusions from complaint investigations Maintain compliance with FDA, ISO, and UCC quality standards and procedures Communicate and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams Present data findings to peers, engineers, and management as needed Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely completion of investigation documentation Support biohazard lab environment safety requirements and compliance procedures Assist in identifying trends, defects, and potential systemic quality issues Analyst 1, Requirements Analysis Requirements Associate degree in a science-related field required 2–3 years of experience in a regulated industry (FDA, ISO, GMP, or similar) Strong laboratory skills and understanding of bench-level testing methods Experience with complaint investigations or quality systems preferred Familiarity with TrackWise system preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred) Understanding of laboratory instrumentation and testing equipment Knowledge of FDA, ISO, GMP, OSHA, and quality systems regulations Ability to analyze data and interpret technical or regulatory documentation Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under minimal supervision High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement noted in posting context) Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Analyst 1, Requirements Analysis Preferred Qualifications ASQ certification (CQE, CQA, CQM, etc.) Prior experience in medical device or highly regulated manufacturing environments Experience with complaint labs, QA investigations, or nonconformance tracking systems Familiarity with statistical or quality tools used in root cause analysis If you think this Analyst 1, Requirements Analysis position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me — feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting! *
