HVAC Technician Operators Only ($40-$45/hr )

Job Description Job Description Most HVAC companies want technicians. We want operators. There is a difference. A technician shows up, runs the call, and goes home. An operator thinks ahead, takes ownership, communicates clearly, and treats every job like their name is on the invoice. If you are an operator, you already know the difference. And you're probably frustrated that most companies don't. Breezy Air Services is a leadership company that happens to work on air. We are building the most respected, high-end HVAC brand in Orange County—one elite technician at a time. We serve discerning clients in premium homes who expect the best. We do not compete on price. We compete on precision, integrity, and a standard of work that most companies in this industry are not capable of. We have one open seat on this team. It belongs to someone who is ready to stop just working a job and start building a career. You Are the Right Person If: You have 3 years of residential experience and can independently install, diagnose, and maintain any system—no hand-holding required. You plan ahead, not just for today but for tomorrow. You communicate with clients like a professional, not just a repairman. When something goes wrong, your first instinct is to own it and fix it, not explain why it wasn't your fault. You are hungry to grow, humble enough to be coached, and smart enough to solve problems you've never seen before. The Breezy Offer: • $40–$45/hr starting, with clear performance-based advancement through our Level 1–7 technician track • Company Vehicle — fully stocked, maintained, and yours to use • Full Benefits — 401(k) with match, medical, PTO, and paid holidays • World-Class Training — both technical and leadership development • A Team of A-Players — no dead weight, no excuses, no drama This Is Not the Right Place For You If: You wait to be told what to do. You get defensive when given feedback. You blame traffic, the customer, or the last tech when something goes wrong. You think "good enough" is a real standard. You are looking for a place to coast. We are selective because we have to be. Our brand is only as strong as the people who represent it. If you are ready to be part of something that is being built to last, apply now. Company Description Breezy Air Services isn't a place for technicians. It's a place for operators — and we are unapologetically selective about who earns a seat here. We are a leadership company that happens to work on air. We are building the most elite, most admired home services brand in Southern California, expanding into every major affluent market in the region — and we are doing it by building leaders, not just filling vans. Every person on this team is expected to think like an owner, operate with integrity, and hold themselves to a standard most companies in this industry are not capable of. We hire A-Players. We pay them at the top of the market. We give them a clear "Flight Path" — from master technician to field leadership — and we invest relentlessly in their growth, both technically and personally. We believe the quality of our team is the quality of our brand. That is not a slogan. It is how we make every decision. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of something being built to last for generations. If you want to look back in five years and say, "I helped build that" — this is your opportunity. We are not building this company for everyone. We are building it for the best. Company Description Breezy Air Services isn't a place for technicians.
