Job Description Job Description Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our welding team. This role involves welding and fabiracting various components for industrial machines using a stainless steel and a variety of tools. This is a hands on position that requires strong mechanical aptitude, percision, and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications Fabricate and assemble metal components to required dimensions and tolerances Operate tools and equipment commonly used in metal fabrication (grinders, saws, drills, etc.) Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to specifications Troubleshoot fitment, alignment, and welding issues as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and welding standards Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with MIG and TIG welding Ability to weld stainless steel and other metals Familiarity with fabrication tools and shop equipment Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices Traits we are looking for: Strong attention to detail Good problem solving ability and mechanical intuition Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work indpendently and stay productive team oriented mindset Benefits: 401(k) Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Retirement Plan Vision Insurance Job Type: Full time Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30 PM Pay: $20-$28 per hour Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Valid drivers license Subject to pre-employement physical and drug screening Additional Notes: This is a hands on role Ideal for someone who enjoys welding, fabrication, and working with metal Optional overtime is occasionally available Must be able to commute to Flemington, NJ 08822
