Also, (Click Apply Now to apply to this job) has an experienced group of clinicians that includes Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Child Development Specialists with extensive experience to support clinicians from all different backgrounds. Please be advised we do not utilize "per diem" clinicians or "1099/Independent Contractors," as we are seeking out clinicians that can support continuity of care for a long duration of time for our consumers.What else?At ECA, you can have a rewarding career on every level. We have employment opportunities ranging from part-time (10 to 15 visits per week) all the way to full-time benefited positions (25 to 30 visits per week). Please keep in mind that the majority of clinical visits are completed during day-time hours and often during the week. Also, we offer fun opportunities to connect with other clinicians through "lunch and learns," educational in-services/training and employee events.What about the work environment?We believe in family-centered therapy, whereby the natural environment is used to help the family unit establish healthy routines. Our therapists work with the child right in his/her home play area where the child feels safe, secure and familiar in their natural environment.
