Maintain internal operational and financial controls in accordance with bank standards and quality requirements. Complete document retention and box proration steps to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Support related operations functions including sorting, reconciliation, statement rendering, MICR/image, float, lockbox, remittance, and ATM deposit as needed. Provide customer service support and basic reporting as required, acting as a resource for peers when applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with high-speed scanning/imaging equipment, preferably Opex. Ability to process transactions accurately based on documented procedures in a production environment. Attention to detail with strong exception identification skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems. Receptive to coaching with reliable communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work night shifts with potential overtime. Compensation & Schedule • $18.00/hour (Eligible for commission up to $3,000/month once permanent) • Rotating Weekly Schedule: • Week 1: Mon–Tues 8am–5pm | Wed–Thurs 11am–8pm | Fri 8am–5pm • Week 2: Mon–Tues 11am–8pm | Wed–Thurs 8am–5pm | Fri 8am–5pm • Week 3: Mon–Thurs 9am–8pm | Fri off • W2 | Temp-to-Hire • Free parking onsite ROLE IMPACT As a Medical Collector, you’ll perform vital research, follow-up, and negotiation with patients to ensure timely resolution of account balances. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills will be key in securing revenue while preserving positive patient relationships.
