About this Job: General Summary of Position Administers roentgen rays and radioactive substances to patients. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Prepare room equipment medicine and materials as needed for patients. Cleans and disinfects x-ray room and equipment. Prepare barium preparation and other chemical mixture for x-rays. Prepare patient for x-rays explains procedures transfers patient to table position patient and assists patient at end of procedure.
