This position provides clinical leadership and nursing oversight during the overnight shift in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The RN Night Supervisor will oversee nursing operations, support and supervise nursing staff, monitor resident care, respond to clinical concerns and emergencies, and help ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, Subacute, or Acute Care setting preferred. The ideal candidate will have hands-on operating room experience and a strong understanding of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, patient safety, and perioperative care.
