Qualifications • 5 years of experience installing windows and doors, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity. • Strong working knowledge of installation best practices, flashing, and weatherproofing techniques. • Ability to read measurements and specifications accurately and work with a variety of window/door materials. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and direct a crew. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders and at elevated heights as needed. • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certifications a plus.
