Qualifications 8 years of commercial HVAC service experience. Proven leadership or lead technician experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills on commercial HVAC equipment. Experience with electrical diagnostics, controls, and refrigeration systems. EPA Universal Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
