Locums Opening - Gastroenterology - Kingsport, Tennessee (Willing to License - (IMLC Accepted) We're seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to provide 24-hour call coverage across two sister facilities in Kingsport, TN. This is a consistent locums assignment with strong referral incentives and a steady schedule. Coverage Details 24-hour call, 7am-7am Floating between two sister facilities - alternating one-week call coverage Average 8 patients/day Level 3 trauma center cases: GI bleeds, abdominal pain, food bolus, elevated liver enzymes, and more Work in endoscopy suite and main OR EMR: Epic Since this is inpatient only coverage, most providers will round on their patients throughout the morning. They will then address patients in most critical to least and will perform procedures throughout the day either in the Main OR (HVMC) or the Endo Suite (BRMC) depending on their assignment location. Procedures: Well experienced in all general GI and ERCP cases and procedures. Will be working in endo suite and main OR. Support staff: supporting OR and in-house Endo nurses.
