You'll be embedded with operators throughout their 8-hour shift, keeping stations running smoothly and stepping in immediately to resolve mechanical, electrical, or software issues so operators can stay productive and station downtime is kept to a minimum. This is a hands-on, general-purpose technical role for someone who's comfortable working across hardware, wiring, and basic software.
