Our Hematologic Malignancies and Blood and Marrow Transplantation Program became a free-standing program within SLHS in April 2018, FACT accredited in 1993 (Autologous) and in 2019 (Allogeneic) for performing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, with CAR-T cell treatment starting in April 2022. Our dedicated heme malignancy and cell therapy program is the only such program in the state of Idaho, and in addition to treating Idaho patients, also treats patients from bordering states such as eastern Oregon, western Montana, Wyoming and northeast Nevada. The program is an NMDP Transplant Center , an NMDP Apheresis Collection Center and is fully FACT accredited, offering all types of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation integrated with a vibrant acute leukemia treatment program. The program further functions as an academic tertiary heme-malignancy and cell therapy program but officially is non-academic due to having no university affiliated medical school in Idaho. We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join our collegial and well-established group in the Napa Solano service area , primarily serving Vallejo and Vacaville Medical Centers . You will join a group of 20 diagnostic and 4 interventional radiologists in a partnership-track position with a strong clinical IR presence and excellent multidisciplinary collaboration across surgical and medical specialties. Position Duties & Responsibilities Broad practice of adult interventional radiology , including: Interventional oncology with hepatobiliary tumor board: Y-90, microwave and cryoablations Embolization procedures including prostate artery Peripheral arterial and venous interventions Spine interventions Dialysis access including peritoneal dialysis Varied inpatient and outpatient IR services Participation in equally shared weekday/ weekend interventional radiology call, average Q5 Participation in general diagnostic radiology rotations.
