The provider will collaborate closely with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members, communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, and participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities.
