Pediatrics - Cardiology - Physician

The Medical Director of Inpatient Cardiology provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the congenital heart inpatient service line, encompassing both medical and surgical pediatric cardiology patients. Qualifications MD or DO degree with board certification in Pediatric Cardiology. Eligibility for medical licensure. Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience in pediatric cardiology, including inpatient care of congenital and acquired heart disease. Attending Physician, Occupational Medicine and Employee Health Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) is seeking a talented Occupational Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team. Our practice is based on collaboration between dedicated physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, case managers, medical assistants and administrators, and serves the needs of healthcare personnel at Penn Medicine's largest hospital. In addition, we provide occupational health services to the University of Pennsylvania, including its on-campus dental, veterinary and diverse research groups, as well as outside clients in the greater Philadelphia area. Responsibilities: The Attending Physician will see patients at our practice sites in Philadelphia, primarily on the Penn campus, providing direct patient care, overseeing other clinicians, precepting occupational medicine residents, and participating in administrative and program development projects, as needed. Must be familiar with medical requirements under Pennsylvania and US federal statutes, including blood borne pathogens, worker compensation, ADA accommodations, HIPAA, and OSHA-required medical surveillance. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and communication skills.
