Summary of the Role As a Construction Foreman supporting our Construction Services business unit, you will be responsible for project oversight of EV charging project. These projects will primarily consist of level 2 EV Charging installations and will require knowledge in civil construction. The foreman ensures that the crew complies with company and site rules and regulations while monitoring their work quality. Responsibilities Review project documents and verify their accuracy. Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures. Provide technical direction and manage productivity. Manage quality and construction costs for multiple projects. Make key decisions associated with scheduling, safety, and budgets. Maintain all on-site documentation including contract documents and daily logs. Provide assistance to workers engaged in construction activities, using hand tools or other equipment. The following qualifications will help you succeed in this role: High school diploma preferred, additional education a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience either in EV installations or with a civil background. Demonstrated familiarity with local codes and ordinances. Capable of leading apprentices, managing job sites, and coordinating with other trades and contractors. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, inspections, and materials used Trenching layout and codes Concrete forming and finishing abilities ADA Knowledge Work Location This role is based out of our Ontario, CA office, however, it will require heavy travel to Northern, CA at this time and overall, throughout CA to job sites. You must be comfortable traveling close to 100% of the time.
