Create and maintain custom installation scripts or wrappers (e.g., PowerShell). Import packaged applications into the AdminStudio catalog. Stage and assign applications in Intune. Troubleshoot deployment issues and resolve app assignment failures. Perform core application updates, AP testing, and FOMS patching. Oversee deployments and generate deployment reports. Business Systems Analyst

SCOPE OF POSITION The Business Systems Analyst is responsible to coordinate the operation and data integrity of the QAD/MFGPRO system at all locations including ensuring transactions/entries conform to Company Policy, provide support to optimize the use and adoption of Client Business systems at all Company locations; and assist in development and maintenance of QAD system and Client Business Systems. Collect, read, and record product test data in the data systems or Excel spreadsheets. Solid communication skills including excellent writing skills and fluency in English. Good eye/hand coordination to build the fiber optic products. Exhibit a level of competency with a broad range manufacturing tools and equipment, lab test equipment, and fiber optic products, after some training. Follow department safety and efficiency programs. Complete training in lab processes, procedures and test methods, as required.
