Sr. Test Engineer – AN2024

Marvin Test Solutions is growing and needs a qualified test design engineer for a several new programs involving TPS development. This position is located in our Irvine, Ca facility and may require limited travel. We are looking for Engineers who design the test systems tools. engineers who design the HW circuits and develop the test program set diagrams. Responsibilities: You will work in an exciting and fast-paced environment designing and integrating test systems and Test Program Sets (TPS) for commercial and military electronics. Your daily activities will include design and integration of hardware (Interface Test Adapters - ITAs) and software (TPS development). Required Recent Experience / Knowledge: BSEE or equivalent Thorough understanding of analog & digital electronic circuits 3 years’ experience designing circuits using schematic capture packages such as Altium, Orcad, Cadence Proficient with standard test instrumentation and equipment such as DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Function Generators, Data Acquisition Systems, DIO Preferred Experience and Knowledge: Designing analog and digital circuits Developing TPSs for microprocessor-based circuits, and MIL-STD-1553/MIL-STD-1760 products Windows-based test software development with design tools such as ATLAS, ATEasy, LabView, Visual Basic, Visual C++, LabWindows, etc. (3 years minimum) Proficiency with Microsoft's suite of programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word) Ability to technically lead a team of cross functional engineers and providing leadership, mentorship and guidance to complete technical and design tasks to achieve project goals Past experience with project management. Controller

Role: Controller Location: Dallas, TX Base Salary: $130,000-$150,000 BOE Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Onsite We're partnering with a growing real estate organization seeking a hands-on Controller with direct multifamily property accounting experience to lead accounting operations across a multi-entity portfolio. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys being in the details, leading a team, and stepping into a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp time. IMPORTANT: This role requires current or recent multifamily/property accounting experience and hands-on experience with property management systems (Entrata, Yardi, or similar). Candidates without this background will not be considered. What You'll Be Doing * Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across a multifamily portfolio * Oversee general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals * Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP * Manage property-level accounting including tenant activity, revenue, and portfolio reporting * Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 accounting professionals * Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes * Identify and implement process improvements * Partner with leadership on reporting and operational improvements Must-Have Qualifications * 8 years of progressive accounting experience * Current or recent multifamily/property accounting experience (required) * Hands-on experience with Entrata, Yardi, or similar property accounting systems * Full ownership of month-end close and day-to-day accounting operations * Experience managing or leading a team * Strong understanding of GAAP * Ability to step into a new environment with minimal ramp time Nice to Have * CPA or CPA track * Experience in multi-entity or portfolio-based environments * Experience improving accounting processes or systems * Experience working in fast-paced environments
