EMR Cerner \n \n HOSPITAL \n \n 105 Bed Acute Care Facility \n Designated as baby-friendly \n Family Birth Center with private spacious suites, labor tubs, and free Doula services \n 24/7 access for support person, with comfortable overnight sleepers \n Options for pain management, skin-to-skin bonding, and access to lactation support services \n Birthing Center - 7 LDRs \n No NICU- sick babies are transferred out \n Hospital is in the process of purchasing a robot \n No elective terminations \n \n ROLE \n \n Join 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers. \n Hiring 2 OBGYN Specialists \n Call: 1:5 (including Locum Tenens) \n Laparoscopy, minimally invasive, hysterectomy skills required \n Willing to prescribe contraception \n Able to perform tubal ligation and insert IUDs \n Performing slings for mid urethral incontinence (TVT/ TOT) a plus \n Preferably ultrasound viability scan experience (not anatomy scan) \n 50% Obstetrics / 50% Gynecology \n Average 22 patients per day \n High Risk pregnancies, have access to MFM in Sacramento \n High Risk are transferred to a higher acuity center at 35 weeks. \n APPs take second call for C-Sections, but do not assist with GYN surgeries. \n Paid stipend for 2nd Call \n Group has a Hospitalist team who manage inpatient care for regular admissions \n \n \n PACKAGE \n \n Employment with 2 Year Partnership Track \n Salary $396,300 for 18 months \n Productivity Model (WRVU) thereafter with no cap \n Sign on bonus $85,000 \n Loan Repayment $100,000 \n Relocation of $20,000 direct payment \n Call stipend for second call \n 6 weeks PTO \n Malpractice & CME Allowance \n Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage \n 401k retirement plan with match \n PSLF Site \n \n YOU \n \n BC/BE Obstetrics & Gynecology \n Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in California \n 2026 residents welcome \n Not underserved area \n Fluency preferred: Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi or Mandarin \n
