Store Manager
Job Description Job Description Our Austin, Texas location seeking a Manager to support home improvement operations. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, meets operational deadlines, and excels at coaching and developing teams. Candidates should be highly organized, team-oriented, and focused on delivering strong results while helping customers find the best products and services for their projects. Duties Include: • Collaborate as member of management team to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Austin store. • Consistently coach employees to increase impact through improved communications and training. • Coordinate projects to meet deadlines for sales and inventory. • Review customer satisfaction and take steps to be sure each client is completely satisfied. • Collaborate with key department directors within the organization. • Respond to issues, examine options and alternatives, and make informed decisions addressing problems as they arise. Skills and Experience needed: • 2 years supervisory experience required with background in sales or customer service preferred. • Ability to remain calm during all situations; provide constructive feedback; able to inspire teamwork and respect. • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with typical office and point-of-sale software systems. • Highly organized, detail oriented. • Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills. • Must possess the ability to train and motivate staff members. • Ability to work independently and under direction. • Exercise sound judgment with regards to issue escalation. • Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
