Armed Security Transportation Officer/New Jersey (Part Time)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities The following duties outline the primary responsibilities associated with this position. This list is not exhaustive, and additional tasks may be assigned as needed. Perform transportation duties in accordance with PBNDS Standards and Training. Document all detainee transports, ensuring the safety of detainee records and possessions at all times. Provide trip documentation to the Transportation Coordinator promptly. Inform the Operations Supervisor, Transportation Coordinator, and/or Project Manager of any route changes. Obtain all necessary detainee documentation from the transferring facility/agency before departure. Maintain organized vehicle maintenance and service records in designated binders. Report any safety-related transportation issues immediately, completing a vehicle repair order for the Fleet Management Supervisor. Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections on your assigned vehicle before leaving the hub. Ensure all required equipment is present in your assigned vehicle, including first aid kits, insurance cards, flares, and security devices (refer to the vehicle equipment list). Arrive for work at the scheduled time assigned by the Operations Supervisor. If stationed at a guard post, such as a hospital, adhere to Post Orders and hospital protocols. Carry your guard card, weapons permit, ICE ID, Company ID, and medical card (if applicable) at all times. Complete a post-vehicle check at the end of your assignment. Submit any gas receipts to the Fleet Management Supervisor. Report any accidents, incidents, or injuries related to transportation duties, completing any required incident reports before departure. Complete a Record of Presence (ROP), equipment, and key sign-in/out sheets, along with all necessary daily paperwork. Maintain a valid Armed Guard/Firearms permit to perform transport duties. This includes passing periodic firearms recertification; failure to do so may result in reassignment. The Contractor will certify proficiency quarterly. Training will cover Use of Force, Tactics, Weapon Safety, and Range Qualifications. All Armed Officers must recertify with their duty handgun according to Federal contract or state requirements, achieving a minimum score of 200 (80%) out of 250 points while demonstrating safe weapon handling. Be prepared for rotating shifts, as this is a 24/7 contract. Special Assets Commercial Officer

Proactively research, monitor and recover payments for uncollected or past due consumer and commercial loans, to prevent losses to the Bank because of charged-off or written-off loans. Administration of essential functions regarding the criticized loan portfolio which has been assigned to Special Assets. Ensures timely implementation, and continuance of sound credit policies, procedures, and underwriting standards, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities: Proactively monitor and research uncollected loans, contact customers to negotiate payments due and/or pursue the collateral on the loans, in order to make the customers honor their loan commitments and recover monies preventing any losses to the Bank, in compliance with Bank policies and State and Federal regulations. Administration of essential functions regarding the criticized loan portfolio which has been assigned to Special Assets. Exercises sound judgement in developing and implementing action plans, subsequently updating these plans in the form of Criticized Asset Reports with the purpose of ensuring proper administration of criticized loans. Analyze and determine the status of loans transferred and assigned to Special Assets Officer. Assess the proper risk rating to pursue the loan collection further, legally or by a settlement negotiation, in order to minimize the losses to the Bank. Drives collection efforts with Bank’s attorneys once the Bank’s uncollected loans are in their possession, to determine if some money has been recovered on the loans and actively monitors their efforts in the loan recovery process. Develop and design techniques and methods to collect on customers’ loan commitments and ways to dispose of collateral, in the most efficient and appropriate manner, in order to expedite the recovery of the Banks assets. Timely reporting of restructured loans, loans in litigation, movement of the reserves, unearned interest and status update on charged-off loans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws and/or requirements for assigned loan portfolio. Determine and recommend approval for a judgment to be entered against any assets the customer may have, after the collection attorneys have unsuccessfully attempted to recover any money due to the Bank to prevent any losses. This is all done in compliance with internal procedures and government regulations. Administer orderly liquidation of collateral for impaired loans, to achieve highest recovery potential. Actively service and monitor Other Real Estate Owned from the foreclosure stage to the sale in order to ensure the recovery of the Banks assets. Prepare semi-annual reports to be presented to immediate supervisor and to the Bank Management Committees on charged off loans and on their recovery status as required. Participate in court hearings with the attorneys representing the Bank on uncollected loan cases. Develop independent recommendations regarding loans to be written off in the case of bankruptcies, death or corporate dissolution. Prepare documentation required for the recovery and liquidation of any collateral recovered from uncollected loans, in order to proceed in accordance with internal policies and legal procedures. Keeps accurate and current accounting records on all loans on a stipulation agreement. Ensure preventive measures are carried out to fully comply with current rules, regulations and internal policies relating to risks pertaining to BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and other AML related issues. To identify, evaluate, monitor and make any recommendation deemed necessary to their respective Risk Management Committee in order to assess, reduce, eliminate or control any current or prospective risks to earnings or capital arising from violations of, or nonconformance with, laws, rules regulations, prescribed practices, internal policies and procedures or ethical standards. Minimum Education and/or Certifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or other related field required; master’s degree preferred. Minimum Work Experience Requirements: 7 years of direct commercial lending experience, formal training in credit analysis, working knowledge of loan documentation, risk taking and reclassifications, credit operations and bank regulations. Responsible for the development and management of personal and commercial international clients’ book of business by promoting banks products and services in accordance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and federal banking regulations. Generating deposit growth and servicing the client; as well as, developing and maintaining loan portfolio. Adheres to the Bank’s BSA/AML, Compliance and Security Policies and Procedures. Ensures documentation is up to date and complete. Responsibilities: Promote banking products and services by visiting / meeting customers, assessing their needs, preferences, and banking capabilities. Develop and manage cross selling activities for the assigned Customers. Analysis statistics to develop sales strategies and meet sales quotas. Handling Cash secured Loans, and Investments Secured loans Daily review of client overdrafts reports for approval or denial Monitoring of loans to avoid past dues and follow up with customers to cover payments and or renewals Provide financial services that satisfy personal and commercial international needs, establishing new and or developing existing deposit and loan relationships in order to achieve established production goals. Provide exceptional Customer Service in person, by telephone or by e-mail to Personal and Commercial Customers, by attending to needs and resolving claims and requests in an expedited manner, while maintaining confidentiality. Contact clients to monitor significant changes in deposit balances to uncover opportunities. Execute recommendations of lines of credit and loans by presenting to the Loan Committee when required for approval of lines of credit, loans and other credit transactions. Approve loans and other banking instruments within lending authority. Handling and approval of commercial and standby letters of credit. Constant review and monitoring of the accounts for compliance and BSA purpose Ensure preventive measures are carried out to fully comply with current rules, regulations and internal policies relating to risks pertaining to BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and other AML related issues Negotiate price transactions with clients (obtaining approval from upper management when required) in order to maintain client relationships while increasing the profitability of the Group’s Units. Ensure proper execution of instructions in accordance with clients’ wishes in order to minimize operational errors for the bank. Identify and report to immediate supervisor any current or prospective risks to earnings or capital arising from violations of, or nonconformance with, laws, rules, regulations, prescribed practices, internal policies and procedures or ethical standards. Attends seminars and training sessions in order to keep abreast of changing regulations, as well as of industry / market trends and conditions and comply with banking operational procedures and deposit accounts processes, regarding BSA as amended by USA Patriot Act and OFAC All other duties as required Minimum Education and/or Certifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance or business preferred, MBA a plus. Minimum Work Experience Requirements: Between 5 to 7 years of experience in International Banking. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Technical and/or Other Essential Knowledge: Possesses solid knowledge of banking products. Must have superior sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Can manage large accounts independently. Must possess assertiveness and leadership skills.
