The Radar Analog and Power Department is seeking an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to serve as the Power System Technical Lead for Navy shipboard applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the design of Power Generation/Conversion and Distribution products that meet Naval shipboard power performance requirements and have demonstrated strong leadership and planning skills with the ability to budget, direct and peer review the engineering team tasks. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to provide accurate progress and technical status to Customers and internally within the program. Previous experience working with customer Naval tech Warrant holders, Consultants and shipyards is highly desired.
