Work Type: Hybrid / Telework (Local to Austin required) Duration: 5-Month Contract Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders Document current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and system requirements Conduct gap analysis between existing and redesigned system functionality Collaborate daily with the Senior Systems Advisor to validate requirements and support development Support testing activities, including test planning, test case development, and execution Maintain requirements documentation, traceability matrices, and change logs Provide weekly status updates to leadership on progress, risks, and issues Required Qualifications 5 years of business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, documentation, gap analysis, and testing Strong knowledge of BABOK principles and SDLC Experience creating functional requirements, process flows, and business documentation Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Qualifications ( Must Have) Experience with Microsoft Excel (7 years ) Experience with Microsoft PowerBI Experience with Microsoft PowerAutomate Experience with Jotform Experience supporting reporting, data mapping, and analytics requirements Technical & Functional Skills Business process analysis and reengineering Gap analysis (current vs. future state) Requirements traceability and validation Test planning and user acceptance testing (UAT) Data analysis and reporting requirements definition Ability to translate regulatory and policy requirements into system functionality Additional Information Local Austin-area candidates only Telework eligible with occasional onsite requirements Contract duration and hours are fixed per fiscal year
