Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA, CPA, or CMA is highly preferred. 2. Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP and IFRS. 4. Proficient in financial forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis. 5. Experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable. 6. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results. 7. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 8. Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial planning software. 9.
