Our client, a prestigious, nationwide, law firm dedicated to providing legal services to financial institutions, has an immediate need for an experienced Litigation Attorney, to join their winning team in Seattle. Our candidate of choice will be responsible for handling pre-litigation and litigation matters involving real estate, title, mortgages, foreclosure, and creditor’s rights. You must be self-motivated and have excellent written and oral advocacy skill and experience with civil litigation. Logical and critical thinking is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage litigation cases from inception to completion. Manage pre-litigation cases and clear title to real property. Develop and seek approval for budgets and legal strategy.
