Cardiac Cath EP Technician

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Business Paralegal must Create corporate entity documents and file new and annual reports with appropriate government agencies, including the Nevada Secretary of State Business Paralegal will Prepare licensing and permits for various state agencies Prepare and maintain a database for all contracts and claims for multiple business entities Business Paralegal May also be required to prepare and file eviction complaints in Justice Court, respond to unemployment claims, perform discovery, respond to subpoenas and assist in document production Business Paralegal must Assist in any contracts Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or certificate program in paralegal studies a big plus 7 years of corporate/business paralegal experience Thorough knowledge of legal principles and practices Experience with insurance/litigation defense, medical records summary experience, legal research and/or landlord-tenant law Experience with corporate benefits, workers compensation and human resources issues such as 401K, I-9 reporting and Cobra coverage issues is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and resourcefulness Ability to prioritize workload effectively and work well independently and in a team environment Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook

Cleaner will Perform general maintenance tasks such as blowing out of breezeways, pressure-washing, removal of cobwebs, dusting of handrails, cleaning of light fixtures, removal of pet waste, non-organic waste and other debris from the grounds, grassy areas, parking lots, and walk ways on property.
