Job Description: The Custodial Technician duties include, but are not limited to: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floor surfaces Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, windows, mirrors, and high-touch areas Emptying trash and ensuring proper waste disposal Organizing and maintaining clutter-free storage areas Restocking toiletries, PPE, and janitorial supplies Performing routine and deep cleaning (e.g., carpets, vents, baseboards) Safely using cleaning products; maintaining sanitation, confidentiality, and professionalism Efficiently managing tasks, adapting to schedule changes, and performing physically demanding work Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial cleaning High school diploma or equivalent required Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated technical competence in general cleaning Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in using various cleaning equipment Basic computer skills required to complete payroll and check emails This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a background check; this position may require annual background checks.
