Qualifications\n The selected candidate must meet the following qualifications: \n \n A valid California license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n A bachelor's or master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology. \n Strong professionalism and the ability to establish effective therapeutic boundaries while demonstrating cultural sensitivity. \n Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and the capacity to manage time effectively. \n Availability for a full-time commitment, with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week and at least two evening sessions. \n Preferred Experience\n While we welcome applicants with a diverse range of experiences, those with significant training and/or relevant experience in couples therapy will be particularly valued.
