Key Responsibilities\n \n Group Therapy: You will design and facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that create a safe space for clients to connect, share personal experiences, and learn collaboratively. \n Individual Therapy: You will provide one-on-one counseling, helping clients dive deep into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop actionable coping strategies and tailored action plans. \n Treatment Planning: Collaborating closely with clients, you will design individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and responsive to the unique needs and preferences of each client. \n Progress Monitoring: Utilizing various assessment tools and feedback instruments, you will regularly evaluate client progress and outcomes to adapt treatment as necessary. \n Multidisciplinary Collaboration: You will actively communicate with a team of professionals, sharing insights, coordinating care, and consulting on complex cases to ensure optimal client outcomes. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your primary focus will be on supporting young adults facing mental health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety, and life transitions.
