We are searching for a candidate pursuing an animation or related visual arts degree to support the animation team at the Naples, FL campus. The successful candidate will assist in creating animations with guidance from the animation team. The individual will perform various tasks in the animation pipeline (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing) and will be organized and detail oriented in the execution of these tasks. The individual will also work within the requirements of their tasks to deliver results and communicate issues in a timely and accurate manner. This internship will run from May 2026 – August 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility. Main Objective: To learn the animation workflow specific to Arthrex’s animation department including modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with animations for surgical techniques and product features and benefits. Modeling/texturing surgical instrumentation and anatomical models. Finalizing animation via compositing. Learning the organizational methods of the department. Education and Experience: Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Animation. A college senior preferred. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.) Knowledge of human anatomy a plus.
