The Facility Manager will manage the development and implementation process of an organization’s services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION Provide diagnostic CT studies officially and completely for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomical and physiologic disorders under the direction and supervision of Radiologist while maintaining professional ethics. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Three months of CT experience preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position requires a full range of body motion including handling and lifting of patients. Associate must be able to lift intermittently 50 pounds or more throughout the day. Total lifting time per day is approximately one (l) hour. This position requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. The position does require some bending, kneeling and twisting. The agency operates a Linux server farm located in the cloud in AWS and hosts more than 60 scientific, oceanographic, and geospatial applications, which provide real-time scientific, oceanographic, and geospatial information to warn of pending storms and storm surge and support marine navigation. In addition, a real-time Continuity of Operations (COOP) infrastructure is located in the cloud via AWS, with the capacity for providing a rolling three days of real-time data without a database structure, and the potential of becoming a hot or warm site. The Contractor has responsibility for monitoring the entire system and direct support of the Development, Test, and Production environments, and enterprise applications. User application incidents may be forwarded to a separate Contractor through the help desk. Conduct infrastructure installation and configuration for new servers (physical and virtual). Perform end user enterprise device configuration and management. Perform system resets. Make device configuration changes. Perform office relocations. • Provides asset management support to property custodians and/or serves as a property contact Maintain LAN configuration documents to record the configuration of LAN connected equipment (as applicable). • Maintain server for proper operation and optimum performance as well as security compliance. • Conduct outage and failure analysis and implement Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) Report to correct or eliminate root‐cause problems. Schedule data backup operations including cloud archiving capabilities. This includes end user share drives. Analyze system log and server performance and usage reports for trends, operational anomalies, and solutions to systemic problems. Maximize effectiveness of security controls by enforcing identification, authentication, access controls, integrity, and consistency processes to verify protection of critical assets. Support end-users through the JIRA Help Desk system. Document and update all SOPs that are missing or need to be updated.
