Key Responsibilities\n As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: \n \n Writing detailed case notes and conducting client assessments to evaluate mental health needs effectively. \n Contributing to the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans (ITP) tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. \n Supporting the primary therapist by scoring, interpreting, and reporting on psychometric assessments and related tools. \n Conducting supervision sessions in partnership with the site supervisor to ensure adherence to best practices in mental health care. \n Actively participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and clinical discussions to foster a culture of shared learning and professional growth. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to those facing more severe mental health challenges.
