Is this the right job for you? Before you read anything else, answer these honestly: Do you feel at home the second you walk into a gym? Did you play the game, and do you miss being around it? Would you rather be on your feet talking to kids and parents all night than sitting behind a desk? Are you the person who shows up early, follows the plan to the letter, and leaves the place cleaner than you found it? Does it bother you when a parent walks out unhappy or a session starts late? Can you work Friday nights and weekends during the season, and get to Redwood City in 30 minutes or less? If you said yes to most of these, keep reading. This job was built for you. If you are looking for a desk job, a remote role, or a quiet shift, this is not it, and that is okay. About Team Esface Team Esface is a premium youth basketball academy on the SF Peninsula, serving 300 athletes year-round through club teams, developmental leagues, camps, clinics and training.
