Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist Schedule Day shift, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month. Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Job Description The Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate patient discharge. This role prioritizes safety, adheres to professional guidelines, and actively engages in patient and professional advocacy efforts. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on achieving discharge goals. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address barriers to discharge. Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions as necessary. Maintain clear, concise, and timely medical record documentation. Participate in the educational development of students, providing supervision and evaluations. Engage in continuous professional development and apply learned information to achieve organizational objectives. Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain professional licensure. Contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must hold a valid and current state license as a Physical Therapist. Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, with previous inpatient rehab experience preferred. BLS Certification required prior to the first shift. Why ARMStaffing?
