Work with the Operations team to coordinate dock access and parking of vehicles around building activities. Review event documents for dock usage and assignments. Oversee dock master and check booths for damage before and after use. Enforce cart and lift usage and storage policies. Assist with creation of building policies, drawings and plans. Perform pre-event functionality tests and recommend preventative maintenance/inspections and track records for all conveyances within the facility. Inspect escalators and elevators during daily usage for any issues or concerns to report to conveyance vendor for the facility. Assist with coordinating service and freight elevator usage for internal and event use. Assist with HET processes and/or operate elevator or escalators during events to minimize improper use or damage when needed. Work with GSC’s and vendors to ensure all facility/company policy, safety procedures and guidelines are followed by performing orientations at the start of work. Agile coach

We are seeking a skilled Agile Coach to support the RAPID (Rapid Agile Product Innovation & Development) program within the Division of Management & Financial Services (MFS). The RAPID program team requires agile coaching services to enhance team effectiveness, facilitate program level planning events, improve strategic alignment, and enable the delivery of cloud based ERP systems. The Agile Coach will work across multiple product development teams to foster continuous improvement, facilitate collaboration, and strengthen agile maturity across the RAPID program. Required Experience: At least 8 years of direct experience in one or more aspects of Information Technology (Software design/development, IT Architecture, Technology or Product Owner/Management, and Quality Assurance) Minimum of 1 year experience as a Program Level Agile Coach supporting large Program(s) / Agile Release Train(s) with multiple Agile/Product Development Teams At least 2 years' experience as a Team Level Agile Coach for Agile/Product Development Teams to include standing up Agile/Product Development Teams At least 3 years' experience as a Scrum Coach (Scrum Master), Product Owner or in a Leadership role with Agile/Product Development Teams Experience coaching, implementing, and enabling transformation of Agile/Product Development Teams to DevOps Teams, including use of Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) and Automation/Continuous Testing Preferred experience: Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management), Platform Analytics, and Agile Development platforms Experience facilitating Big Room Planning/PI Planning events for Agile Release Trains Knowledge and experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies Experience developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for agile programs Ability to coach teams on iterative improvement practices and retrospective techniques Strong facilitation skills, including coaching to Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, and Inspect and Adapt Workshops.
