The Director of Sales will be accountable for both farming (up-sell & cross-sell) and for hunting for new business. Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools, metrics, and analytics to help drive meaningful sales direction. Experience with professional services delivery is highly preferred. Pragmatic and strong communication skills are essential. Experience with offshore or near-shore teams will help very much. Strong situational analysis, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.
