Mental Health Therapists: Open Your Practice With Us

We are actively seeking a compassionate mental health therapist for our clinic who is committed to therapeutic excellence for our patients. You will be responsible for doing diagnostic assessments, making customized treatment plans with goals and objectives, providing crisis intervention as needed, and following up with patients to ensure they are receiving appropriate ongoing care. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of clinical experience working with mental health patients as well as a current LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) license. Apply today if you’re excited about this opportunity to advance your career in the mental health field. Compensation: $65,000 - $120,000 yearly Responsibilities: Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care Use patient medical information, interviews, observation, and testing as well as collaboration with other staff members to determine a patient’s mental health status Provide crisis intervention as needed Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary Here's how it works: TIER 1 — Independent | $1,600/month For established clinicians who are comfortable managing their own practice and primarily need professional space. You run your billing, your admin, your schedule. We provide the space, the environment, and the community. Best for: Experienced providers with a full or near-full caseload who want autonomy and low overhead. TIER 2 — Supported | $1,900/month For clinicians actively building or expanding their practice who want some structure and shared systems without full support. You get access to administrative tools, increased referral opportunities, and operational support — while still running your practice your way. Best for: Mid-career clinicians growing a caseload who want light infrastructure without full dependence. TIER 3 — Full Support | $2,200/month For clinicians ready to make the move into private practice who want to hand off the administrative side — billing, credentialing, phone systems, and practice development support. You focus entirely on the clients. We support the rest. Best for: Clinicians transitioning from agency or group practice who are ready to go independent but don't want to figure it all out alone. Every tier includes: Private, soundproofed, fully furnished office with panic buttons. Professional reception. HIPAA-compliant WiFi. Clinician lounge. Business address. Conference and group therapy room access. Free parking. A community of vetted colleagues. And 100% of your revenue stays yours. Most clinicians find the cost of their suite is covered within approximately 3–5 client sessions per week. Here's how it typically compares: At 25 sessions/week, billing $125/session, a clinician on a 60/40 group practice split takes home $1,875/week. The same clinician at TheraSuites Tier 3 takes home $2,575/week. That's $700 more per week. $2,800 more per month. $33,600 more per year. Qualifications: CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a mental health therapist Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; preference to those with a master’s degree State licensure that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or equivalent Who this is for: Clinicians with a full or growing caseload Therapists feeling capped in group practice or agency Those ready to build something of their own Clinicians who want independence without isolation About Company TheraSuites Counseling is a modern therapy suite model designed for fully licensed clinicians. TheraSuites was created for therapists who want to build and expand their own private practice without doing it completely alone. Clinicians maintain full independence, keep 100% of their revenue, and choose the level of operational support that fits their needs — from fully independent to full billing and administrative support. Beyond private offices, we are intentionally building a strong clinician community centered around collaboration, networking, mentorship, consultation, and long-term sustainability in private practice. Our mission is simple: help therapists become owners — of their practice, schedule, expansion, and future. TheraSuites — where therapists become owners.
