Job responsibilities: Responsibilities will include Lead the cross-functional delivery of a range of technology deliverables using advanced negotiation facilitation planning and dependency management techniques. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept creation through implementation. Lead sprint planning and stand-up meetings to facilitate the entire project lifecycle from start to finish. Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex multi-disciplinary technology projects into prioritized and properly scoped plans of action. Create clear visibility into status and progress within the team and for stakeholders. Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks. Define and drive mitigation plans. SKILL SETS & EXPERTISE: Strong analytical Project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results. Training Provided – Outreach & Engagement Associate

As a Outreach & Engagement Associate, you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training to become an expert in Verizon TruConnect essential services and effective community engagement. This program develops your exceptional skills in public education and empathetic communication, teaching you to build trust and inform diverse audiences. You’ll master identifying community needs and connecting residents to vital programs, equipping you to make a real impact in Gold River. Key Responsibilities of the Outreach & Engagement Associate Serve as a knowledgeable resource and advocate, patiently answering questions and guiding individuals through the initial steps of understanding and accessing services. Facilitate connections by identifying eligible individuals and directing them to appropriate channels for enrollment support Distribute educational materials such as brochures, flyers, and informational guides to raise awareness about essential connectivity options. Participate in and support local community events, fairs, and pop-up clinics to maximize outreach opportunities. Accurately document all outreach activities, interactions, and lead generation efforts within our internal reporting systems. Maintain an expert-level, up-to-date knowledge of all wireless products, services, and relevant government program guidelines. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless hand-offs for interested individuals and to share community insights. Identify and suggest new outreach opportunities or strategies based on community feedback and observations.
