Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School Diploma or GED preferred Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements At least three (3) years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, or a similar skilled trade preferred Skilled in at least one (1) trade preferred Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance methods and procedures preferred Familiarity with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and equipment operation preferred Working knowledge and ability to perform general building repair practices and methods preferred A valid driver’s license at the time of hire required You’ll be a great fit for this role if you: Enjoy hands-on work that keeps buildings safe, functional, and welcoming.
