Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture) or equivalent experience. 3-6 years of practical experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years of specific BIM/VDC process experience. Proficiency in understanding construction documents, shop drawings, and other design communication tools. Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, CM Builder, Synchro Pro, Adobe CC, Bluebeam, P6, and Microsoft Office. Laser scanning experience with either terrestrial or SLAM scanning is ideal. Demonstrated working knowledge of current BIM tools and VDC processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of successfully implementing virtual construction strategies on complex commercial projects. Passion for learning and adoption of new technology.
