Prepare, analyze, and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by product, by customer type, and by division. 2. Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward. 3. Coordinate with IT department for system issues, maintenance, and development such as production, purchasing, import/export, accounts payable, accounts receivable, import/export IT, receiving, shipping, and other. 4. Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories. 5. Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls. 6. Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost, and inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division. 7. Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research, and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability. 8. Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules, and others. 9. Ensure timely submission, accuracy, and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management. 10. Work in special projects as required. 11. Support and assist the financial analysis team in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of FP&A preferably in a manufacturing environment. 3. Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles. 4. Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards. 5. Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. 6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. 7. Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial modeling. 8. Prior experience in a management role, demonstrating strong leadership and team development skills. 9. Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and their application. 10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 11. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred. 12. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
