This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in the management of patient health information and coding practices. The Dialysis Home Therapies Nurse coordinates the administrative and clinical aspects of the home dialysis program, including home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatment options, and communicates with patients and support staff to ensure the highest standards of care.
