Job Title: Client Service Associate (Hybrid) Location: Chicago, IL Description: The Client Service Associate partners with associates across Global Client Group to service clients (Institutional and High Net Worth) or Distributors investing in, or distributing the company's products. Under supervision, the role communicates with clients and focuses on supporting the onboarding of new client accounts, delivering reports to clients, and working with business partners to service client needs throughout the client lifecycle. This role collaborates closely with teams across the enterprise to deliver an outstanding client experience.
