Director, Data Insights

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. How would you lead a team to transform data into actionable insights that drive innovation in customer experience? As a Director, Data Insights at Spectrum, you will oversee a talented group responsible for front-end reporting on our industry-leading metrics platform, collaborating with product leaders to define, design and deliver automated dashboards that enable data-driven decisions. Your leadership will empower teams to optimize product performance and elevate customer satisfaction across our business solutions.
