Facilitate workflow management, workforce scheduling, and placement to ensure the facility and company goals are successfully met or exceeded. Conduct, lead, or implement the appropriate process audits; the audits will identify the need for the appropriate containment, corrective, and preventive actions, leading to minimizing or eliminating process deviations and non-conforming product root causes. Maintain team member compliance of company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping through the application of fair and consistent accountability methods Work with other supervision daily to ensure the facility is operating to the highest level of efficiency. Assist with pre-operation activities as directed. Perform other duties as needed or required. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in a manufacturing setting or CPG company. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience & Education Previous experience in a sanitation leadership or management role within a food manufacturing, bakery, warehouse, or similar production environment preferred. Strong working knowledge of sanitation practices, GMPs, allergen control, chemical handling, OSHA requirements, and SQF standards. Experience supervising, training, and developing employees in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with sanitation schedules, inspections, documentation, inventory, and departmental reporting. Experience working collaboratively with Quality Assurance, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety teams preferred. Technical Skills Ability to understand and follow written sanitation procedures, SOPs, SSOPs, safety procedures, and food safety requirements.
